Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clause 1 Introduction
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the product provided by manufacturing defect, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after return of the products sold. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our service, clients/customers have the liberty to cancel their order before dispatch or return the product to us in case of already dispatched for manufacturing defects. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

"Requests received before dispatch of product for shipping will be treated as cancellation of order and refund shall be initiated"
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Clause 3 Refund Policy
We will try our best to create the suitable business environment for our clients/customers.
"Once the product is dispatched from our side the refund cannot be made due to our current business model"
Clause 4 Manufacturing Defects
The Manufacturing defects of the product shall be communicated with in 3 days from receipt of the product with pictures of defect, otherwise the same shall not be considered as manufacturing defect. Due our current business model the shipping cost for return through manufacturing defect shall be incurred by the client/customer. Once the product is received from our side, we shall communicate the status of refund after examining the product received. The refund shall be at the sole discretion of the seller after the examination of the products.
Clause 5 Exchange of Products
We don't offer exchange of products sold. Customer is having the liberty to choose the products according to their tastes and preference at the time of purchase
